The JLT:Care Service Agreement ensures uninterrupted operation of your ultra-rugged computers by covering all failures that impact their functionality. Designed for businesses that require reliability and minimal downtime, our service agreement offers comprehensive coverage with an optional pick-up and drop-off service, including all shipping costs to and from our service center.
When purchasing a new JLT computer, you can choose between a 3-year or 5-year contract. If you already have a fleet of at least five computers, you can extend coverage by adding JLT:Care to your existing base. To maximise the lifespan of your investment, you can also prolong your contract with a 1-year or 2-year extension for up to seven years of total coverage.
