Support, Service and Repair

Mobexx is committed to providing the highest level of support to its customers.  We offer technical support to assist with product selection, post sale support to resolve issues and a comprehensive repair service, with options direct with our manufacturing partners or directly provided and managed by Mobexx.

We have three and five year comprehensive maintenance agreements with options for advance replacement, and available for almost every global location.

Installation services are available for the Xciel ATEX cases.  For ATEX Zone 1 cases it is a certification requirement that we do installations, and for Zone 2 cases some organisations prefer a fully qualified installer to undertake installations.  These are offered on a global basis.

Mobexx provides training to ensure correct use and care of the products we supply.
